Hi! I am Alice Bower and I am writing this bio to tell you a little bit about myself so that you will feel more comfortable when coming to see me.
I have been practicing law in Fort Worth, Texas since 1980. During the first few years of my legal career, I practiced in several areas of law before finding my true calling – being an attorney that provides relief, reduces stress and saves homes – being a bankruptcy attorney.
Because I practiced in other areas before beginning my bankruptcy practice, I have well-rounded knowledge of areas of the law – family, probate, personal injury, criminal (both defense and prosecution) – that sometimes are affecting my bankruptcy clients. My practice has primarily been in bankruptcy since 1994. Since 2000, I have limited my practice to bankruptcy.
I have been rated with a BV Distinguished Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® - a lawyer who has been recognized by their peers for excellence in both legal ability and ethical practice.
1979 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Doctor of Jurisprudence. 1976 graduate of Southwestern University, Georgetown, Texas, Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. 1972 graduate of MacArthur High School, Irving, Texas
I was born in 1954, in Dallas, Texas. I am married. I have one biological child and two bonus children (children that came with my marriage to my husband). All of our children are adults.
I am a certified scuba diver. I have been certified since 1990 and I have more than 120 logged dives. In addition to my law practice and my family, scuba diving is my passion.
I am kind and considerate. I am comfortable talking about subjects that are difficult to talk about. I listen to my clients so that I can help them determine what their goals are for filing a bankruptcy. I recognize that bankruptcy is more than a financial decision, it is an emotional decision for many people.Adrian Spearman
Hello! I am Adrian Spearman and I’m a newly minted bankruptcy attorney. I currently have the pleasure of working as associate attorney next to Alice Bower a sensational lawyer and even better mentor and human being.
What I love about working closely with Alice is the ability to handle complex and emotional cases that allow for me to hone my expertise, while simultaneously, advocating for individuals who are left with little to no options in regard to their financial situations.
2019 graduate of St. Mary’s School of Law, Doctor of Jurisprudence, 2014 graduate of Texas Tech University, Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Media Communication, Production and Management along with a Minor in Business Administration.
Admitted into the Texas Northern District Court and Texas Northern Bankruptcy Court.
I was born in 1992, in Dallas, Texas. I grew up primarily in the city of Cedar Hill, Texas where I attended Trinity Christian High School. However, I recently relocated to Fort Worth in order to tackle the challenge of consumer bankruptcy. I hope to bring a great attitude and work ethic so that our clients get the bankruptcy discharge they deserve.
I love the area of bankruptcy because I am able to empathize with individuals who are willing to start over. Being able to bring comfort to clients during what could be the most stressful period of their life brings me great joy and satisfaction.
